How GEO.promo handles website visits, form submissions, lead data, media inquiries, analytics, and customer report links.
GEO.promo collects business contact details only when visitors submit forms, request audits, ask for Promo proposals, or contact our team. This can include name, company, email, phone, WhatsApp, website, market, service need, message, and traffic attribution such as landing page, referrer, and UTM fields.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare AI visibility diagnostics, manage consulting and production opportunities, improve site content, and measure campaign performance. Public form conversion events are designed not to send email, phone, WhatsApp, contact name, or message content to analytics tools.
Admin access is restricted to authorized operators. Lead data is stored in the PostgreSQL database configured for this deployment and is available in the protected CMS. Customer-facing AI diagnosis report links are private token URLs and are marked noindex.
We may use analytics, tag management, and media storage providers configured by the site operator. Production deployments should review those providers, configure retention policies, and honor deletion or correction requests where required by applicable law.
