GEO.promo provides website content, AI visibility diagnostics, GEO consulting, Promo production inquiry workflows, and related resources for business evaluation. Website content is provided for informational purposes and does not create a consulting, production, legal, financial, or compliance engagement by itself.

Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance of a project, ranking results, AI engine inclusion, search placement, or media performance. Any paid engagement, production scope, deliverable, timeline, usage rights, and fees should be confirmed in a separate written proposal or agreement.

Visitors and customers must provide accurate business information and must not submit spam, unauthorized personal data, malicious files, or content that infringes third-party rights. The CMS, private report links, and admin features are for authorized use only.

GEO.promo may update website content, forms, reports, or these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the site after updates means the visitor accepts the updated terms.
